Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery of your order. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your product(s), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain personal care and health care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable): Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain time frame.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've followed all of these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot.

Exchanges (if applicable): We do not currently offer exchanges.

Gifts: We currently do not offer refunds if your item was a gift.

Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your place of residence, the time required for the delivery of your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
